Then it was Thursday....

Really beautiful video....I have been tied up with Politics.....

"Democracy will not come
Today, this year
Nor ever
Through compromise and fear.

I have as much right
As the other fellow has
To stand
On my two feet
And own the land.

I tire so of hearing people say,
Let things take their course.
Tomorrow is another day.
I do not need my freedom when I'm dead.
I cannot live on tomorrow's bread.

Freedom
Is a strong seed
Planted
In a great need.

I live here, too.
I want freedom
Just as you."
Langston Hughes

Better and more productive to be tied up with politics than rope. In stepping back and watching everything going on in this current climate of fear I find it amusing. To propagate fear in the consumer and lender is again what is happening for the benefit of the few.

While hard to not feel it...the best, most constructive route right now is...

NO FEAR

We had to get pretty damn broken and down trodden to Rise Up...
and for many to realize how bad things are...
and to want and seek a Different Path.....

and yes, the Bush administration taught everyone the "value" of fearmongering...

Hi Enigma -- thought this new McCain-Palin stunt might interest you.

Bearer of stunt news is UK's The Times, used to be THE OLDEST and THE MOST respectable mainstream medium in the UK and probably one of the most serious during its heydeys until bought out by Fox News owner Rupert Murdoch (The Times has since almost become a tabloid crap.)

Another McCain gimmick in the offing

McCain camp prays for Palin wedding

The marriage of the vice-presidential candidate’s pregnant teenage daughter could lift a flagging campaign

IN an election campaign notable for its surprises, Sarah Palin, the Republican vice- presidential candidate, may be about to spring a new one — the wedding of her pregnant teenage daughter to her ice-hockey-playing fiancĂ© before the November 4 election.

Inside John McCain’s campaign the expectation is growing that there will be a popularity boosting pre-election wedding in Alaska between Bristol Palin, 17, and Levi Johnston, 18, her schoolmate and father of her baby.

"It would be fantastic," said a McCain insider. "You would have every TV camera there. The entire country would be watching. It would shut down the race for a week."

Very beautiful song and Video and I loved the poem by Langston Hughes. The only poem I have read from him was The Negro Speaks Of Rivers.
