Beautiful Snow Walk.....

"The basic teaching of Buddhism is the teaching of transiency, or Change. That everything changes is the basic truth for each existance" Shunruyu Suzuki

After last night....I am feeling hopeful...I think alot of people are...I feel Hopeful...and that Change is indeed Possible and that we can Embrace Change....No one can take that feeling away...No One.

It was finally finally above 20 degrees today....so I took Yellow Dog for a long walk...
She was so happy...dancing through the snow and sniffing with glee as the sun set...
The air was crisp and clean and the snow very white...almost blue.

While I was out walking I decided that I would fix her something Special...and for us too....
I had Dan Fogelberg in my head...his songs always remind me of snow, so Click the Title it's Wisteria.

Hang in for change.
Talking of change, can I have my chicken and the desert in separate bowls please :) The chicken and garlic sounds wonderful.
Oh, and hold the cilantro. Fussy aren't I...

so hmm, you don't want to cook the chicken with the fruit ??? but that is the best part....darn...( see I don't have wine- and the grapes add something very close....and something very Italian....kind of)

( and NO cilantro- but that is my secret ingredient...you won't even taste it...promise)

Hmm, well, I can I will need to try a couple of reciepes on you ;-)

Okay I'll try it. Never know I might even enjoy it :) In my experience people overuse cilantro which tends to dominate. I will cease being stiff necked...

That sounds awesome! I was just visiting Welshcakes Limoncello and she has another chicken recipe up that sounds good, too.

I enjoy reading your blog. I have not been good about posting responses, but will try to do better.

Just know that I am out here in the plains of Iowa (corn - not potatoes!) and enjoy your well thought out postings. It is nice to see quality writing.

Take care.

PS The chicken sounds great!

PS PS I really liked the post about the 1952 car....
