About the loss of Bruce's Keys man...so so sad..Three year Battle with Melanoma...wicked battle...so sad..

Crooks and Liars has more about this loss....and Bruce is asking People to GIve to the Melanoma Fund created in his name....

very sad food for thought this friday night...namaste....

On another note...Play some of the Best Of Bruce this weekend...it will sooth the soul...I saw Him in Concert- a long time ago...saw him do FIRE and melted me forever...( I have it linked to the Boss Fired Up For Obama)....

Woof, "where the hell is my ice cream giant who takes care of me" the dog said in one puff.

Vanilla Bean Yum! How about honey Vanilla? I just heard yesterday that one of the Boss's band members died. Sorry your buddy died. Many can learn a lot on how to live from watching kids and dogs!

NO:
Danny last played with Bruce and the E Street on March 20th....it's on you Youtube and on Bruce's website...
so sad- way tooooo young...

Patriot:
I am sorry that I may have confused you- Danny was the EStreet Band Keyboardist that died...really wonderful...long time ago...there were some bands that I would see anywhere and drive all night to see, and whose performances were so Intimate and amazing- even in a coloseum...the Boss, Genesis, Fleetwood Mac, Eagles ( I would also say the Stones- but the three times I saw them I was fairly dissappointed....)

Danny was the E. Street Keyboardist...and he was so incredible- one of the best....anyways more about him is over on Bruce's website...he also played a mean accordian...

No problem I caught it! To your list I will add Jackson Browne. Lou Reed, Moody Blues, and maybe my favorite Alan Parsons that you can download Here

The part about your dog playing at the beach actually choked me up a bit. Beautiful imagery. I can't think of anything happier than a dog running through the surf.

Oh, and Springsteen is the man. I know that band is tight so I assume Bruce is having a pretty tough time.

and about Danny...very sad...he was so much a part of that sound...amazing how those sounds weave together....it was his accordian playing that I really loved....( the Boss and the Stones,...I used to save for monthes to go see both...a long time ago)...

Ahhhh a kitty with a feather....( or marshmallow....around the bathtub- serious- very much fun to watch....also aluminum foil balls...and dim the lights and shine a flashlight on the foil ball....too funny)

I have to give Springsteen's wife, Patti Scialfa, a shout-out, only 3 albums but all of them superb. And she's frigging hot, too. For a middle-aged guy, I'm saying.

Whelp....sooooo
Will" take no prisoners"hart.....
you like Redheads....and women over 40....so that alone wins over the redheads that hang out here ;-)

( seriously Patti was meant to be with the Boss....best Tamborine decision he ever made ;-)

{ I saw him long before there was a Patti....best concerts ever....whell....other than the Stones....)

Have you ever heard Neko Case? Another gorgeous red-head who can flat-out perform.

enigma4ever said...

Have not heard of her, but I will look into her...new music is a joy....

She started off as "alt-country" (in the 90s). Now she's kind of just alt.. Has a new album coming out shortly. Patty Griffin is also fabulous/uncategorizable. "1000 Kisses" is my favorite album of hers. Absolutely sumptuous. I love female vocalists. Can you tell? LOL

enigma4ever said...

I am looking for her....that is for sure...

BTW you need to watch Duffy- sing "Mercy", I will post on Sunday Night Soulfood just for you...she is something...this little tiny welsh girl with this big bluesy voice....

Patty Griffin is wonderful...

( and I think you do indeed like the Lady Vocalists....good for you ;-)
